It also entails monitoring and evaluating housekeeping resource utilization, compliance with laws and regulations and participating in staff recruitment and training. The learning outcomes include  ;

It also entails participating in monitoring and evaluating laundry and linen department resource utilization, compliance with laws and regulations and supervising laundry staff.
